Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or place any bet on loy4d. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement. loy4d employs automated age-screening tools and manual KYC review to enforce this restriction. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the verified payment source where possible, and any winnings derived from underage play will be forfeited.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is operated primarily for the benefit of players based in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting is not prohibited under any law applicable to you before using the Platform.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, linked devices, shared IP addresses, or related payment methods — is strictly prohibited. loy4d uses sophisticated duplicate-detection technology. Accounts identified as duplicates may be merged, suspended, or permanently closed, with Bonus Funds forfeited and real-money Balances returned to the verified deposit source.

2.4 Exclusions

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on loy4d:

• Employees, contractors, consultants, officers, or directors of loy4d or any affiliated entity;
• Immediate family members of the above (spouse, parent, sibling, child);
• Any individual who has previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from loy4d;
• Any individual who is prohibited from gambling by a court order, regulatory authority, or self-exclusion scheme to which loy4d participates;
• Any person acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the Platform's real-money features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered to you. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. loy4d will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of a breach is your responsibility.

3.3 KYC Verification

loy4d is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process typically requires submission of:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of any payment method linked to the Account (e.g., bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming the registered name).

loy4d may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by our team will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Security

You agree not to share your Account with any third party, allow any third party to place bets through your Account, or access another Player's Account without their express consent. loy4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

loy4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via Indonesian payment channels. Currently supported methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of any specific payment method may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. loy4d reserves the right to revise these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours are typically processed within 15 minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of scheduled maintenance, public holidays, or where additional compliance checks are required. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, unless otherwise agreed in writing by our finance team.

4.4 Matching Deposit Policy

For anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, loy4d enforces a strict policy requiring that the name on your registered Account, your KYC documents, and your payment method all match exactly. Deposits or withdrawal requests from payment methods not registered in the Account holder's verified name will be rejected and returned to the source.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). loy4d does not accept or process transactions in any cryptocurrency, foreign fiat currency, or gift card. Any attempt to fund an account in a currency other than IDR will result in the transaction being declined.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by loy4d are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of launch. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in automatic forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds.

5.3 Eligible Bets

Wagering contributions toward bonus requirements vary by product. As a general guide:

• Sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater: contribute 100% toward wagering requirements;
• Slot games from qualifying studios: contribute 100%;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): contribute 10%;
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws: contribute 50%;
• System bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets with fewer than 3 legs, and virtual sports: contribute 0%.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

loy4d actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to neutralize risk while satisfying wagering requirements, syndicated bonus farming across multiple accounts, and exploitation of system errors or incorrectly credited promotions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds and related winnings forfeited, and may be permanently suspended.

5.5 Promotional Changes

loy4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, affected players will be notified and any partially met wagering obligation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in good faith.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by loy4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed our risk exposure thresholds, bets placed after the commencement of an event (unless explicitly offered as in-play markets), and bets placed on suspended or incorrectly priced markets.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment without a result, manifest pricing errors (where odds were published due to a technical or human error that a reasonable person would recognize as incorrect), and market suspension prior to event commencement where re-opening is not possible.

6.3 In-Play Betting

Live, in-play markets are offered on selected events including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, EPL, Champions League, and other major leagues. In-play odds refresh continuously. Bets accepted during a live market are binding at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance confirmation, not at the odds displayed at the point of bet submission. loy4d is not liable for delays in bet acceptance arising from network latency on the player's device or connection.

6.4 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Rules

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. If any selection in a mix parlay is declared void, that leg is removed and the bet is recalculated on the remaining selections. A mix parlay requires a minimum of two valid non-void legs to stand.

6.5 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games offered on loy4d are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). loy4d does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, glitches, or incorrectly displayed odds for financial gain;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates illegal activity;
• Operating more than one Account or facilitating Account access for another person;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication toward loy4d staff or other Players via any channel;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider without first raising a dispute through loy4d's formal complaints process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the loy4d brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, icons, software code, and game assets — is the exclusive property of loy4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of loy4d. Unauthorized use of any loy4d intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

loy4d strives to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. loy4d is not liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from Platform downtime.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

loy4d endeavours to ensure that all odds, event data, game information, and promotional details published on the Platform are accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occur. In the event of a manifest error, loy4d reserves the right to correct the error and, where applicable, void any bets placed on the basis of that error. loy4d is not liable for losses arising from Player reliance on erroneous information prior to correction.

9.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, loy4d's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

loy4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if loy4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this clause limits loy4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

loy4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

In summary, loy4d uses your personal data to: verify your identity; process deposits and withdrawals; prevent fraud and money laundering; personalize your experience; fulfill our licensing and regulatory obligations; and communicate with you about your Account and relevant promotions where you have opted in. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 loy4d's Right to Suspend

loy4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; continued operation of the Account would expose loy4d to financial, regulatory, or reputational risk; or we are required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds being forfeited. Account closure does not affect any outstanding unsettled bets, which will be settled normally.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period via their Account settings or by contacting our support team. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which loy4d holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under any mandatory applicable law of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Where mandatory local law confers rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are preserved.

Amendments

loy4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying you via the email address registered to your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 11.2 prior to the effective date of the change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
